Interesting photo of the original Club Paris building in the 1920’s. There is another old building of that era near third and H St. that still, in spite of renovations over the years looks a lot like the 1920 building in the photo. Is the cyclist on the left of the photo going uphill? If so there is a hill that fronts the third and H building, whereas fifth avenue would have been flat. Not doubting anything, just kind of caught my eye. Good stuff as always.
